It just occurred to me that I should mention this on my blog as it takes up a lot of my daily thoughts. I want a baby. My husband has had a vasectomy and we really don't want to go through him getting it reversed and the other fertility treatments that we would probably both need. We would like to adopt.
I am a 37-year-old Christian woman who already has one son. If you know someone who is pregnant and has decided to give the child life but cannot take care of the child...I would like an opportunity to talk to her and see if she would find me to be a good candidate to raise the child as my own. I really love my husband and son and we all would like to add another person to this family. Boy/girl, we don't care. I know that love might not be the only important thing to someone who thinks about giving their child up--you might also want to know that we can financially take care of the baby. We can. My husband makes good money and I am a stay-at-home mother, so it would be me raising the child...not a babysitter.
